List of Northern States Owe NECO N2.8bn – Registrar
Prof. Dantani Wushishi, the Registrar and Chief Executive of NECO, stated northern states are indebted to the exam frame to the tune of N 1.8 billion.

Niger (N234.4 million)
Borno (N40.2 million)
Gombe (N7.2 million)
